The Empire Build Academy Subscription Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 26, 2023

At The Empire Build Academy, we understand that your needs and goals may change over time. This policy outlines the process for cancelling your subscription and receiving a refund if applicable.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Account Settings on our website.

• All cancellations are effective immediately upon receipt.

• Refunds will be issued for unused portions of your current billing cycle, excluding the initial onboarding fee (if applicable).

• We do not offer refunds for past billing cycles.

• Monthly Memberships: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of cancellation.

• Annual Memberships: Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of your yearly subscription and processed within 5 business days of cancellation.

Exceptions to Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to dissatisfaction with the program's content or difficulty level.

• We do not offer refunds for cancellations made after the completion of a module or content section.

• We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to violations of our Terms of Service.

Important Notes:

• Cancellations made after the current billing cycle has ended will not be eligible for a refund.
