However, it's worth noting that a significant portion of his ground HP buff is tied to his final specialty, which means he may require more investment compared to other similar options.

Keep in mind that this General can be levelled up using the Evony General Ascending feature. Each new star level will give the General an extra boost to their Special Skill.
