Is Gilgamesh a top-notch general in Evony?

Well, he's certainly a skilled Sub PvP Attack General who specializes in debuffing enemy Ranged Troops, Ground Troops, and Siege Machines. While his debuffs may not target the exact stats you'd prefer, such as debuffing Siege Machine defence instead of attack, if you're willing to invest in maxing out his skills, his final specialty, Slay Gugalanna, can make up for some of these shortcomings with some powerful additional debuffs. So, while there may be better options for Sub Attack PvP, Gilgamesh can still hold his own with the right upgrades.

Here's a sneak peek at the extra boosts that an ascended Gilgamesh will enjoy for his Special Skill at each ascended star level:

1 Star: Enemy Ranged Troop and Siege Machine Defence decrease by 10%, and HP decreases by 10%.

2 Star: Enemy Ground Troop and Mounted Troop Attack decrease by 10%; and when General is the Mayor, Training Speed in this Subordinate City increases by 15%.

3 Star: Enemy ground and mounted troop defense is reduced by 15%, and if the General is the Mayor, the death rate turns into a 20% survival rate in the city.

4 Star: Enemy ground troop and mounted troop attack is decreased by 15%, along with a 15% reduction in HP.

5 Star: Enemy ranged troop and siege machine defence is lowered by 10%, and HP is reduced by 50%.
