Is Ragnar a skilled general in Evony?

Ragnar is definitely a top-tier choice for a Ranged PvP General in Evony! His kit gives him an impressive +200% in buffs to Ranged Attacks, making him a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. His Special Skill, Unstoppable Force, adds 45% to ranged attack and defence, along with an extra 35% to HP when accompanied by a Dragon or Spiritual Beast.

Just keep in mind that most of his buffs are only effective in attack, so he may not be the best option for Defence. Overall, Ragnar is a powerful leader worth considering for your army.
