1 Star: Enemy Ground Troop Attack -15%, Enemy Ranged Troop Attack -15%.
2 Star: If your General is the Mayor, Training Speed in this Subordinate City gets a nice boost of +30%
3 Star: When enemy ground troop and mounted troop attack, it decreases by 15%. If the General is the Mayor, the rate of turning death into survival in this sub-city increases by 10%.
4 Star: Enemy troop attack is reduced by 10%.
5 Star: Enemy troop defence and HP decrease by 10%.
